Event Information
The Major Sports Exchange is a North-West coast representative sport day that involves selected Yr. 5/6 students from primary schools that participated at our Devon vs Darwin Sports Afternoon. This year the Exchange is hosted in Launceston and it is a fantastic opportunity for student to represent the coast in different winter sports of football, soccer, hockey and netball. This event will be held on Friday 19th September 2025. Venues for each sport include:
· Football - Legana Primary School - 10am to 1:45pm
· Soccer - Windsor Community Precinct (Riverside Olympic FC) - 10:30am to 1:30pm
· Netball - Tasmanian Netball Centre (Hoblers Bridge) - 10:15am to 1:15pm
· Hockey – St Leonards Hockey Centre - 10:30am to 1:30pm
PROGRAM AND TIMES –
We will inform families of games times once received from Launceston. Please estimate for games to start approx. 10am and finish by approx. 1:45pm latest.
SOCCER CANTEEN MENU -
Please see the canteen menu at soccer. We encourage students to all still bring lunch, snacks and plenty of water.
COST -
We ask that all students have their team levy paid by this Friday. This levy helps cover travel, uniform use, and administrative costs. The $10 team levy can only be paid by direct debit via the details below:

TEAM OFFICIALS & TRAINING -
Training times and dates will be on our website. Any changes will be posted on our Facebook page. If your child is unable to attend training, please contact our GMAIL and we will pass on to coaches. Click the button below to see training info.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS –
The NWPSSA have a team of students to be transported to Launceston at four different venues. For organisational and logistical purposes, it is important that this travel form is completed by Friday 12th September so that bus arrangements can be confirmed.
